Brendan naturally gravitated toward real estate, combining his family connections in the field with his passion for the market. He initially pursued studies in finance at Concordia University before redirecting his focus to real estate, where an advanced course allowed him to learn the ins and outs of transactions, presentations, and negotiation strategies. Drawn by the financial aspects and the opportunity to secure the best deals, he quickly found his path in this profession.

Coming from a family environment deeply rooted in real estate, with brokers and appraisers among his relatives, Brendan developed an intuitive understanding of the market. He stands out for his relaxed approach, great availability, professionalism, and dedication to customer service. Chelsea began her real estate career in 2025 after working for several years as a customer service representative for a manufacturer. In that role, she managed corporate sales, quotes, and orders, developing strong experience in communication and client service.

Her interest in real estate was born out of a personal need: when she was looking to purchase her first property, she realized how complex the terminology and processes could be—especially for her parents, who struggled to navigate them. This motivated her to seek information, then formal training, with a clear goal: to help others better understand and access real estate, particularly first-time buyers and those considering an investment.
